Physicians

Oleg Ryabinin, MD, is a highly accomplished medical professional based in North Carolina. Dr. Ryabinin graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2013. He finished his surgical internships at Naval Medical Center San Diego and went on to become a Battalion Surgeon with the Marines. After serving with the Marines he continued his surgical training at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Oleg’s journey with Optimize U began as a patient himself, where he discovered the transformative power of personalized healthcare. Beyond his professional commitments, Oleg enjoys pursuing his passions outside of work. Whether he’s hitting the slopes for a day of skiing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, pushing his limits at the gym through weightlifting, or cherishing quality time with his daughter, Oleg leads a fulfilling and well-rounded life.

Brandon Penebacker, PA-C

PRACTITIONERS

Brandon Penebacker received his degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center while serving in the US Army.  He attended the Inter-Service Physician Assistant Program, receiving a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) in 2012.  Brandon is a Global War on Terror veteran serving over 5 years of combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and Africa.  Brandon retired from the Army in 2024 after 26 years of service at the highest levels of the Defense Department.  He is passionate about healthcare and truly believes that “normal is not optimal”.  Brandon’s hobbies include woodworking, welding and fabrication, hiking, and all things outdoors.  He lives in Fayetteville with his wife and children.
